My glyde started to do things all on it's own becasue it got wet.... On the second say the i got it... And it didn't go near water.... Return any glyde if u jar one and a done with an antenna atleast cuz they are better.... Jus sayin.

DO NOT GET THIS PHONE. i waisted my money so badly getting this phone. i only wanted it because it was the only touchscreen slide out in verizon at the time. i even have the newest upgraded version. but it is so annoying, you get bored of it very easily, u press the top button it presses the bottom. keyboards nice and all, but it is horible. i switched to my old env2 because i got so fed up with the glyde. trust me on this one.(:

i wanted to get his phone too. after reading the reviews, i decided to test the phone out at the store (you may want to do that before you actuallt buy the phone) and the touch screen was soooo unbelievably hard to use and it was unresponsive. i think the only reason that verizon people (like myself) want this phone is because we want a vertical slider phone. but unfortunatly, verizon does not have any out that are not touch screen. that is a bummer for people who cant stand touch screens.

i have it. i got it for 69.99. touch screen glitches out sometimes, just reset the phone. set the touch sensitivity to high or its unresponsive.

i was gonna get this phone and i dont recommend it my friend has it and it is horrible.

non-responsive touch even with the update and it oushes buttons turns on by itself and it always freaks out and like kills itself.

i got the env2 and i love it and highly recomment it.

don't be...they came out with a couple updates that fixed the touchscreen! someone that i know has it and they have to lightly tap it with their thumb!! and also, someone else i know played with it in the store and they said that it was by far the best touch screen phone from verizon!! it's really good! i'm getting it to probably!! :)

well it doesnt break. the keyboard is really good but sometimes the touch screen glitches out and presses buttons without you doing anything, and at which point you have to reset the phone by turning it off then on.
