It's an improv jam from 2002. Isaac used to get wasted on drugs/alcohol before his shows all the time. It's likely that he is here too. Which isn't to say Isaac doesn't have any problems. It's likely he burns/cuts off stage too. In any case, they make great music.

Being on stage is a stress different than any other kind of stress, you cant stop riding that wave of emotion sometimes. All that free-form stuff he does at like 7:26 and the beginning is Isaac riding that wave, and sometimes you lose yourself. I once threw my guitar across the stage and put a hole in my orange amp because of the way the song we played made me feel. Its not necessarily a bad thing.
