Panasonic DMC-FZ8. Bought for "still" photography, but produces quite good video results. No option to zoom whilst filming, though.

Yes! Only problem is when the wind blows, but that seems to cause problems to most people without specialist equipment. I use it for my music clips too, and I'm quite happy with the results.
