This is and african american group called Ad Libs you need to repost this video... Dang can you give my people Credit. By the way I Love Manhatten Transfer
@TheS4mt Shut up. Obviously, it's important.. because people are looking for a version which THIS is advertised as.. and it's NOT. Ok? Understand now?
Even if everone wants to crucify you for posting this as the Manhatten Tranfer. I still think it's the idea that counts. Still a cool-cool kitty song.
Wow, this song only came out in 1982? When I was a teen in the 90's (1979), I preferred the oldies over the modern music. Well in the 90's, 80's music wasn't considered odies..They played 50's and 60's and very few early 70's music. But they played this song...so I always pictured this as an early 70's song, it has that feel.

this is NOT the Manhatten Transfer...this is the original version...anyone with ears should be able to detect that 40's/50's sound to their voices

@AngelaRed The Ad Libs version charted in 1965.
The Manhattan Transfer's cover of it charted in 1981

I think this is the original version by the Ad Lib, not the Manhattan Transfer more modern version. But I may be wrong...
