Yes. It's a GBA game called BulletGBA, which runs on the BulletGBA Bullet Hell Shmups Engine, capable of running 512 sprites on screen at a time, without slowdown. It uses Bullet ML for the barrage data, as well. Probably the most impressive GBA release to date, technically.
