you should wash the chicken with water, lemon/lime/vinegar and flour before... and add more lemon/lime/vinegar after you wash it... so it will not smell or taste fresh.

Hey ! sanjay, you are an awsome cook ,.I love Indian Cooking , and you give so many little tips on how to cook a dish w/ exact tast / consistancy .. thanks a lot for posting on You tube ..
At the step when you added the chicken, you might not have let the tomatoes simmer out their juices...then you might not have had enough heat. He didn't use boned-chicken..should cook in 5 min. Maintain the heat.
You obviously need to cook it until its done. different pans, different stoves, different heat.. so you cant really put down the cooking time accurately..
thank u so much...i made it for dinner ystrday...and my hubby liked it so much....he really loved it...but for me to cook the chicken it took 10-20 mins...anywayz thank u so much..
u will find a bloody body in your closet hanging there haunting you and will kill you and ur family and if you want to stop this just sends this to 6 videos in 30 mins or this will happen good luck
sanjay jiiiiii......u rock...rock..and rock....i tried this recipe and it was MIND BLOWING....hmmmmmmmmm...i ve never relished my own cooking this much ...thx brother...u made it possible...PRaseeda
the video is detailed and helped me prepare this delicious dish. The dish turned exactly as mentioned and shown in video. I also liked the small hints & tips that the chef was giving in between.
brother u got a thumbs down bcoz many indians dnt eat beef. u shld not have got a thumbs down though. u just spoke ur thought. ignorance and prjeudice got mixed up here.
ginger garlic paste in made from raw ginger and garlic pods.
the usual ratio is 50gms of ginger to 25 grams of garlic but you can alter it depending on your needs. peel ginger, deskin garlic and grind it to a paste in misture blender. do not add water.
you can use domestic mixers like magic bullet to do this.

I love your style and i have tried many recipes, enjoy them tremendously but wth this one i think there might be a mistake?
Chicken cook for only 5 minutes? Maybe it should be 25? I tried it but chicken was still raw!!!! Is that how it supposed to be?
TatGarden 2 years ago
At the step when you added the chicken, you might not have let the tomatoes simmer out their juices...then you might not have had enough heat. He didn't use boned-chicken..should cook in 5 min. Maintain the heat.

@TatGarden
You obviously need to cook it until its done. different pans, different stoves, different heat.. so you cant really put down the cooking time accurately..

ginger garlic paste in made from raw ginger and garlic pods.
the usual ratio is 50gms of ginger to 25 grams of garlic but you can alter it depending on your needs. peel ginger, deskin garlic and grind it to a paste in misture blender. do not add water.
you can use domestic mixers like magic bullet to do this.

how do I make the ginger garlic paste? I've never cooked Indian food before and it looks great.
