went there today, that run is all washed out and probably impassible without a rock crawler. We went around the backside and descended the hill.

Well, for one (And the big reason) in Wharton the trails are established. there may have been 11,421 vehicles that have filmed and traveled them. But, if you are the one caught by the rangers not on an established trail the fines can become rather exspensive.
