That is actress Pam Dawber. Andy met her while performing on the "The Pirates of Penzance" stage show in Los Angeles. She was his love interest in the play.

Pam is most remembered for her role as Mindy in the "Mork and Mindy" show in the 70's. If you recall the show, Mork was played by none other than Robin Williams!
