In fact, if you look at the aftermath of the vehicle passing through, all you see is handfuls of people milling about on the road. There are no bodies or pools of blood. I have seen the aftermath of incidents in which pedestrians were hit. This was not such an incident. The cameraman thought something had happened, when in fact, nothing had.
