Mine broke after street racing :( Took a corner too fast and it flipped at least 12 times. the engine wont start but when it does it sounds mashed! Anyone know any CHEEP fixes, the engine looks fine when i took it appart. Thx

the muffler may be broken or come apart from the engine its loud then. it happented to mine. if not i dont know just look at all the engine and perhaps dismantle it.

its possible it could be a bent drive train so it vibrates

Fixed it. Not sure how this works but its worked twice now. (Magic pixes must be doing it ^^) I left it for 3 weeks and its running perfect, At a guess, the oil in the engine blocked it a bit, leave it to set and it burnt off next time i ran it.

I have this truck but can only start it after I heat the engine with a blow dryer.After that it starts right up and runs great.Any ideas on this issue?

I have this truck.Took it out yesterday for it's first real bash after break in.Very impressive.I beat the daylights out of it and nothing broke.Needs more top speed though.What is the best way to increase top end on these?

Cheepest way is to make it leaner.

Next is to change the clutch bell teeth - more the better.

Next is the gears. - same as above

Lastly in to get bigger engine / lose weight - i.e down grade it to carbon plastic instead of aluminum

I am going to try the larger clutch bell first.The one I saw only had 1 more tooth but I hope it helps.I'd like to reduce the weight also.This thing is a TANK.May also try the Jammin JP3 pipe.I heard that pipe makes a difference also.Thanks

u should put back to factory settings then go from there if u think if needs 2 be leaner if you lost track of how lean/rich it is.

i have yhis car,, im in a bit truoble, he has been good and every thing but now the pull start did get stuck so i don´t know what i have to do???,, but this is a great car :D,, i did go in 70km/h on it 3 days ago :)

If it pulls out then doesn't return, you more than likely have a kink in the recoil spring. You can re-build the pullstarter... there are instructions on HPI Europe's website!

This is stock car. 2.9HP. On video its only 1/3 full throttle.
