IRS never had a theme until he teamed with DiBiase. Before that, all he did was taunt the crowd about not paying their taxes on the way to the ring. This false theme only appeared for his video game appearance on the Sega Genisis.. so I'm not sure if it actually counts as a 'worst entrance theme'.

It was made up by someone years ago that he used this, and people bought it, but he didn't use it. He did get similar things in a couple old video games, but he never had real life entrance music back in the day except for when he was with the Million Dollar Man and used his theme.
