Wild Space Recreates Early Jones Island Settlement

Which is why the first exception to the rule that I've ever seen bears examining. The "teacher" dance that Katie Sopoci does in Wild Space's Map Memories struck me as wonderful. Because it is a beautiful dancer expressive next to an expressive chair. Deb used it as architecture rather than as a chair, and nobody knows architecture like she does

I hate chair dances! I can't think of anything else in dance that strikes me as stupider than a well trained dancer making love to a folding chair with her bottom.

Humphrey surprisingly chooses the UN building as her example, rather than, say, the swastika. But I like her point
