Dave Evans was the original singer (not Bon Scott like so many people think) and was fired because the guys in the band neither didnt like his voice nor his character

so they fired him&hired their chauffeur and he lasted for 5 years until he died from asphyxiation (it was after heavy drinking but its a rumour that he died from an alcahol poisoning but he died because of the positon he

was sleeping in) and in march 1980 current singer Brian Johnson joined the band has been there ever since.
