and it also depends on the persons skin and how it reacts to the piercing and how it heels. you can tell when someone has had their eyebrow piercing ripped out cos they have a scar line (the line is permanently pink/kinda red) but when you mention it to them they are like no it grew out or no i took it out... which is bullshit :)

There's no math involved. Every piercer has to notify clients of dangers, here in England you have to sign a contract stating that you're fully aware and you accept risks. As long as you're not a moron and you clean it then there's nothing to be worried about as there's no risk of infection. You're talking about it like it's going to kill her if she's late cleaning it by 5 minutes. It's placed below the dermal layer, but above the skin tissue beneath. No dangers at all.
