@zeeksy Please watch the video again. This is exactly what I said. Every spring has a "rest position" that it likes to be at if you aren't touching it. If you pull it back and let go, the end points of the motion, where the object turns around, is where the velocity is zero. The mid point is where the velocity is a max as the object races by.
