Why does someone have to battle in url to be respected?
Alot of the url battlers are garbage, just like every league, I think you just gotta be nice cause its some niggas in other leagues that will kill the best in any league.
And hitman best line in this battle was the "gulf of mexico" line, he literally killed cortez, put him in a bodybag and pissed on the body bag with that gulf of mexico shit.
@1face82 I meant to say Arsonal lost his only URL battle versus Hitman. He needs more URL wins to get that respect back, but he is talented enuff to beat most.
@1face82 Cortez has the same problem as Arsonal. Both rappers have good Grindtime wins, but not any real URL wins. Arsonal lost his only Grindtime battle vs Hitman so that wasn't good and Cortez lost to Hitman. So the question remains....Do their styles fit the Grindtime mode better than URL. They both need to win against a top rapper in URL to get the respect they deserve. I heard Cortez may battle Yung iLL and that would be a good win if he can get it cause Y.ill is that next nigga to blo
@1face82 Yeah don't get me wrong....Cortez had some nice wins as well and he put up a good battle with Hitman, but I think he still lost this. He did beat Marv Won in a URL battle and a few others that you name. Problem is he has yet to beat a top URL rapper. Soul Khan and Thesaurus won't get respect until they leave Grindtime and enter URL. He has lost to all the major URL rappers he has faced which is Hitman Holla and Conceited. He only beat Marv Won on the URL stage and that ain't much.
I agree that Hitman beat Cortez and also that Cort is average. But Cortez did beat Soul Khan and Thesaurus in that promo battle for grindtime! At times dude does hold his own!
