GBA and XBLa Double dragon both are garbage. Nothing like the original 1987 Arcade Game.

@Ocelot04 I agree!!! The GBA version, the color palette sucks. It looks washed out and the fact that every enemy makes that blah sound when they die is so annoying that I can't even play it. I played it once and beat it immediately which means it's easy because I am not good at video games. That was my last time as well. Now if anyone wants to talk about new versions of DD, check out Double Dragon Extreme and Double Dragon Gaiden. They were home brewed using the Beats of Rage engine.

This is definitely the best version of Double Dragon in my opinion, which says a lot, considering how good most of the other D.D. games were. This game pretty much has everything you could possibly ask for in a Double Dragon game, and is one videogame that you'll never get tired of!

Altered Beast and Altered Beast: Guardian of the Realms, though obviously not the same game, is another good example of a reinvention done on the GBA.

Yep, the GBA version is better. The XBOXLA version sucks. I hate how everybody talked about the XBOXLA version like it was THE SHIT, when is actually pretty crappy.

Agreed, the xbla version is just a cheap port of the arcade version with slightly smoothed graphics where as the gba version is more of a reinvention of the original game with tons of awesome inprovements.
