  • these boys were holding a crucible for our dreams of the future sounds for SA. but the fire was so very hot, and so very few elders to guide, and the cost of too much fame too fast too big, and no safety net...such waste indeed. but then again, in all the seeming greatest tragedies, the intensity of the lived tho brief burn brightest, just before they immolate themselves. Rest in Peace > Moses > Moses 'n Flo and May there be Peace N'kosi Sikelel'i Africa

  • well said bro...

Sinds ie dit speelde op Norht Sea Jazz 1999. heb ik van alles geprobeerd om een opname van die tv uitzending te krijgen, aangezien ik er niet live bij kon zijn.. heb jij daar toevallig een band van? Groetjes, Richard, toetsenist

  • Lasego, there are not many things that bring tears to my eyes but your response to my message made me realize what a blessed nation we are despite the hardships.i carry nelson mandela's out look with me wherever i go and the music is what really binds us together,i pray for peace and stillness in south africa and courage that people may grow and live a better life together

  • I had goosebumps while reading your comment. Thanks for your beautiful words. This country has been blessed with a diversity of indigenous ethnic rhythms. Keep well brother.

  • Hi Lasego, thanks for posting Taiwa's amazing songs. As a African jazz pianist living in California, these youtube clips are so precious as they are almost impossible to come by. Please post as many Taiwa videos as possible especially from the same show as Ahe and Dance Africa. Thanks
