The whole 'tax' argument is flawed, and here's why. Politicians don't give a flying fuck about your education or health care. More taxes in the system are more dollars lost. Politicians can't dip into the tax funds and take cash directly, but they CAN take money from lobbyists. Tobacco and alcohol corporations are happy to dole out money to judges, lawyers, agents, and law makers, in order to keep their monopoly secure. THAT is the ONLY reason marijuana is illegal.
