lol I don't think Porshe's are impressive to look at anymore. In fact just about every high end sportcar or super car looks better than a Porsche. Now don't get me wrong the Porsche is still a nice car when compared to say MX5's, MR2 Mk3's or Audi's TT's but tbh I know a few hairdressers who have had porches and that kinda just put me off. However if you were to offer me any of the cars above or a Porsche I'd take it :-). Skyline is what all cars want to be but can't because of ego... BADASS!

You can't put a 2000bhp on a civic so that is a pointless point to make no engine that can produce that will fit in a civic. However the RB26DET engine is capable of producing 1300+bhp and is already fitted in a skyline GTR. What even better is you can fit this engine into it's lighter sister the R34 GT-T and rig the engine for rear wheel drive. If you put 2 and 2 together that's 1300bhp delivered directly to the back wheels only in a car that already weighs less.

you missed the point. the point is that no matter how much power you put on a nissan, honda, mitsubishi, or empreza, it will never be as classy and exotic as a porsche or a ferrari. the only fair way to compare cars it to race cars that have the same degree of modifications. and even then, a porsche and a ferraris are more exotic than a skyline will ever be.

I would have to agree with that but not just road manners overall power aswell. I feel totaly safe overtaking someone doing 40 in a 60 on an average straight where I live purely cos i know they skyline could be doing if needed around 85+ in about 4 secs. That gives me peace of mind as some people drive like it's forever Sunday, I'm happy knowing I ain't going to be responsible for a death or even die myself if another car comes from the other direction. The lambo will always hold a special place in my heart as a kid I use to stair at that car with water in my eyes. Cult classic the Ford Falcon from Mad Max is an Austrailian Cult Classic. Skyline is only made in Japan and the R33 and R34 are no longer made any person who drives one of these especially the GTT varient (which is what I own!) without respect will most likely either kill the car or themselves hence the value of this car will most likely go up in a few years time as people will not want to part with them.

I drive fast cars for the shits and giggles I get out of it not to look like a poser and by the way the skyline turns corners ok and the ferrari turns them great however the skyline costs a lot less than a ferrari to prang and doesn't involve a rocket scientist to service it or do light engine mods to it. Cars can go faster than bikes jesuriah is right in this argument. I don't know of any bikes which has an engine that produces 1000bhp+ the biggest fastest bike I have seen was a mod'd 1.4litre and if there was one which could produce that amount of bhp I wouldn't want to ride it cos it would be insane and a death trap. Bikes use power/weight ratio to get their impressive speed but that speed is limited to the maximum push/ thrust the engine can produce bikes just produce it very quickly.
