..actually, according to actual records, siberians are no bigger than lions, and, i have many records to confirm this. and, according to some experts, the lion`s mane does offer protection. rather than grab the vulnerable neck, the tiger may misjudge the distance and instead get a mouthful of mane, which doesn`t hurt the lion, and of which he would soon tire.....the tiger has no such protection. and, i have MANY records of lions killing tigers.
