  • Yes, this movie realesed when i was a child. I happend to hear the songs whenever I travel to my Native Srivilliputtur. Sometimes My eyes become wet after this song. Greatest song. Hakkim Sait Divan

  • I already said many times. Raja sir is a MUSIC GOD. All are devotees. No one can be compared with Raja sir.

  • yarupa idhuku dislike pottathu....non sense ppl

  • i"m 2years old when this moviecomes out.i"m a kamal fan.spb and ilayaraja the fabulous combine

  • hey she looks like meee

  • What can I say? I always loved Ilaiyaraja for the right use of violin in his interludes. I had missed Guitar during my younger days, because of my lack of taste. Now after aging and picking up the interest in Guitar, I can appreciate all the Guitar compositions of Raja. Wow, the way, he has used Guitar in the first interlude mesmerizes me. Ilaiyaraja can pickup any musical instrument with ease and get the best out of it. You pick any instrument, Raja would have used it. He is God of music.

  • Great Song. SPB and Vani Jayaram rock.

  • No one can compare with Ilayaraja, It is my favorite song since the film I saw in the early 80's.one can realize the sweetness of melody it is superb.

  • why do we have to argue whos better rahman or illayaraja? why cant we enjoy both?

  • @kavithait ...YES Kavi...I agree with you......அழகிய பதில'

  • @tanapp

  • Does it sound like death song from Merylin Manson. It actually will for mindless despots.

  • People slamming my post as spam should see the video of how Maestro got inspired by SD Burman's Music to compose 'Inji Iduppazhagi' song.

SPB asks the difference between imitation and inspiration and Maestro gives a beautiful exposition.

  • Such a brilliant from Illayaraja's composition. Simply superb. I was 5 years old when this movie came out,so whenever I listen to late 70's or early 80's songs, it reminds me the wonderful childhood days. Wish I can turn back the clock. Evergreen. Hats off to Illayaraja.

  • kenkanna , wish I could turn back the clock too. The 21st century is SICK!!!

Naalthorum un videos thaan en computeril oduthu

    thanks a million!

  • "another song that i like but not so impressed by the scenes"

To answer your comment - That demonstrates the genius of Ilayaraja even more...

    - Picturisation of songs happened within limited budgets and even limited imaginations

    - Ilayaraja did not have any support in the film industry (as many of today's talent have through blood relations) to prop him up.

    - Ilayaraja had to play real instruments with real musicians rather than using gimmicry like synthesizers.

  • Senthilan, I appriciate your comments, I love elayraja and all old composers and singers, its a tragedy we ar missing such great music these days. You seems like very musically analytical. Merry Xmas and a Happy new year 2008
