No, the amplifiers are rated at 8500 WRMS and 12000 Watts peak. The speakers are rated at 15,000 Watts. The speaker rating only determines the power handling of the woofers. It doesn't mean how loud it'll be. The amplifier's power, considering all things equal, will determine how loud it is. You could have a 2000 watt speaker running off a 1 watt amplifier and it wouldn't be loud at all.
