@MandyLuvs2Camp Well, because it is not affiliated with a church, you need to get a priest from somewhere, and I guess no one likes to work for free so... And, I'm sure that it is a powerful experience to go all the way to Israel to get baptized. HOWEVER, this place was crazy. "You may use our facilities as long as you buy our official costume and pay to use our changing rooms and showers, oh, and the only exit is thru the gift shop."
