  • Everything does look good, but I would have made my own alfredo sauce (just because I know how and I'm a Culinary student). Girl, once you make your own sauce you will NEVER go back to the jar lol. I think I would have also used fresh crab meat. Now that I'm doin this damn diet I can't have creamy sauces. But after I lose that first 10-15 pounds I will be making this and eating the ENTIRE pot because I'm craving shellfish!!! Oh yeah! You should try chicken with peas, onion, and mushrooms. YUM!!!

Ironically the reality would probably dispel any negative perception of such if -- the presenters prepared themselves prior to creating their videos.   • Very similar to my seafood pasta, down to the alfredo sauce. I recently started making mines since discovering only Heavy Cream, Butter, Parmesan Cheese and Black Pepper were needed to make Alfredo Sauce. Try one day.

    I did try this with the wider flat fettucini noodles and it was delicious. I mentioned the noodles because it doesn't get as soft at reheating.

    You guys can turn on someone in a min If you do not like it move on. "For me" it is not one of her best dishes and it is spaghetti not fettuccine but I GET It. As one msg said she probably meant the alfredo part, she is still awesome. She is willing to share more than most of you folks.   • I love Bertolli (sp). Where do you get yours from? Here in MI target has the best price on it. It's about 2.00 and they have sells on it all the time and the sale price is about 1.66-1.88. I get like 8 when they are on sale lol. How much does it cost where you are? If it is more than what I listed I hope you check out your Target's prices LOL.

    Well, it's a good job, maybe tastes good, but i'm a little bit disappointed cause everything in there, except the onion and pepper seems to come out of a can, and I'm really not at ease with canned food

  • well I just made my and it's okay but not what I expected..I didn't like the tomatoes I should have gottan another brand I didn't want a spicy taste and cheese alfredo doesn't taste as good as like mushroom or just regualar alfredo I should have gotten classico it's better tasting but all in all I'm proud of my lil dish I'll have to switch it up next time thanks Ateya

  • Be Careful not to over cook the spaghetti. You could put a lil butter or olive oil to keep the pasta from sticking then mix the sauce and other ingredients together separately. Then pour the sauce over each person's dish according to taste. :-)

  • i didn't put the sausage in it but i did do the seafood, shrimp, lump and claw crabmeat and that's it. topped it with the italian blend cheese.. yummy!!!

  • Here is a tip ateya you don't have to leave the pasta in the water. Just add some oil to it after it drains and it won't stick.

  • Girl when I tell you so good, I use chicken because my boyfriend can't eat seafood, but oh it was great. I usually just use meat ad sauce, I never thought to use rotel are other kinds of meat, all the different kinds all together was GOOD.

  • So i just tried this and Ateya let me tell u it is sooooo good. I didnt use the Zummo sausage b/c i dont think they sell that here in Indiana. I also used a different brand of sauce. I used Di Salerno Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo sauce. that red pepper sauce give it a little kick. This is nothing like ive ever tasted before. I love it

    For a lighter version, you can cook some pasta, then toss the hot pasta with a few lightly beaten eggs, parmesan, pepper, sun dried tomatoes, and a little bit of the pasta water until creamy (like carbonara without the bacon). Then add grilled shrimp onions, and peppers.

  • I've made it with penne pasta, my mom does it with angel hair spaghetti or a flat fettucini we also bread & saute the shrimp before adding to the pasta & the texture is the bomb!
