  • so be careful...your still young...be smart. And if u do get hurt at some point...I would absolutely with every fiber I have seeing Dr. Andrews about any ..and i mean any arm problems. Good luck!

  • Kind of a small suggestion that I did as well at one point...when u go into your leg kick...your push heel comes off the ground a little bit...which might hurt your velo. When my heel came off the ground as yours does...i was 86-88...when i kept it flat...i was able to get a better drive and was 92-94...i also might recommend doing your shoulder exercises...im 7 weeks post op on a partial labrum tear...had tommy john 4 years ago when I was 17....and all these problems came about due to overuse.
