How about the piano player? He's there before the Doctor arrives, but disappears when the Doctor comes into the room. And, the piano is still being played, although there's no one behind it.

TB2 on the ramp has THUNDERBIRD2 written on the side (small 2) when it gets into the air the 2 becomes much larger!

Quite right but TB2's markings were always switching around during the series. I think they must have Parker looking after continuity ?

A far greater booboo was that when the pods rolled under TB2 in the launch bay, they were too close together for the wings to clear them. But in the next view they had been moved to leave enough room.

Virgil is playing background music throughout the scene. However, when they pan round to the doctor both times, there is no evidence (no shadow or anything) to indicate that Virgil was actually sitting at the piano!
