yay a new video!! :) i love your shelties (between you and your mom you sure have a lot of them! lol) . i was wondering, do you think a sheltie would make a good apartment pet? i am moving soon and want to get another dog (actually i emailed your old account if you dont remember!) :) i am moving into an aparment. also i am getting a room mate, how do i make sure my sheltie will bond with me and not my roomie? i heard they are 1 person dogs? thanks ^^
Shelties are great dogs and I believe they manage in an apartment house, of course they need a lot of exercise because they are so active. But for example my sister and her boyfriend have a Sheltie in an apartment ^^
Yes I think that they are more of a one-person dogs, and when you do a lot of things with the puppy, playing and training together, I'm sure the puppy will take you as an "own" human =)
@Aichasheart thank you ^^ the reason i ask is because when i got my Pomeranian, even though *I* was the one doing all the work and spending the most time with her, she bonded with my dad the most. I think it had to do with him being the alpha male and all. But it was a disappointment and I'm trying to make it not happen again, even though she has bonded with me too, but out of all of us, it's clear to see she likes my dad the most :)
