Could you tell me what that pink cube is? Is it a Null object connected to an endomorph? How does it work?

the cube controls the eyes, probably using an aim constraint.
good work very clean model i always manage to have bad spots on my model either the mesh or textures ushly texures but it just kills everything i do. Nice endo morphs wish u would make a tut on modeling yoda!
