Great preformance your incredible!!! My name is Bobby Paltauf Im 12 years old and i play guitar. Check out my videos at srvzepp on utube. Your AMAZING Wanna see u come to CT. I wanna jam with u someday so bad. Call me 203 223-2927. Bobby Paltauf You rock
Thank heavens there is a QUINN to carry on the blues tradition! Buddy Guy knew what he was doing mentoring this kid. The blues will thrive! Damn Quinn, if you're this good now at such an early age, I hope I'm around to see more of you as you grow into a legend in your own time.
Got the opportunity to see Quinn a couple of weeks ago in Grand Rapids on tour with his mentor Buddy.. All I can say is the kid gets better all the time! GREAT SHOW QUINN!!! Keep up the good work!
Good for him, seriously. But also seriously: people need to stop touting little kids as the "next big" anything. We have yet to see if he has any artistic talent. The truth is he has attained a high level in terms of technical ability, but hasn't accomplished anything innovative stylistically. I mean no disrespect to him at all, but just stop with the hype.
This kid has done more just by terms of technical ability than any of the so called "musicians" we hear today's mainstream. He deserves as much praise or even more than those losers on the radio or tv. However, you're right that he probably hasn't accomplished anything stylistically... but he's still young of course...so we'll wait and see
@OMGDeBest, Amen to that.Quinn is going to take the BLUES to next level of evolution. Buddy Guy, SRV, Albert King , BB, Albert Collins, E.C., Jimmy Hendrics, and all the GREATS. Just imagin that 11 years old, Quinn has walked the path through all of them. Folks we are witnessing a fenom. in the making. To all the BLUES lovers out there, Quinn Sullivan, with somemore life exsperiance will be known as one of the GREATEST that's ever lived. Great time to be alive I would say.
Quinn's Guitar's will be sold for BIG$, the kid's already one of the greatest and he's just eleven... B.G. knows it and he's one of, if not the greatest himself.. Quinn's going to be much, much better.... There's no doubt about it.
what a coincidence, I got to know this kid music through youtube right on his birthday, 03/26
Congratulations man, you are very talented, I hope you have a huge career and I will sure follow up to it ! Just be true to who you are and keep your feet on the ground
Me da mucho gusto ver que existe mucho talento en los chavos, para tocar este genero de musica al estilo Eric Clapton, Felicidades a este chico talentoso, sigue adelante no pares y vas a llegar a ser un gran guitarrista. congratulations
Well done Quinn. You just keep getting better & better. My son & I have been following your YouTube vids for the last couple of years. Your voice has really matured and improved lately, and is now nearly up there at the top of the game along with the guitar. Can't wait to hear you play in a few years time when you'll headline Wembley Stadium, the Royal Albert Hall or other UK concert venues.... Maybe open for Clapton on his farewell UK tour... Good luck young man, keep up the hard work!

this guy can be more skilled and more creative in solos than stevie ray and eric clapton, in just few more years. if he ca right good songs like eric that is to be discovered..
This guy is gonna add a modern depth to guitar playing on the order of Joe Bonamassa, Derek Trucks and Guthrie Govan. The artistry that will bloom in his music will probably surprise a lot of people. This opinion is, however, based on the assumption that he wont get stupid and start smoking weed when he turns 14.... I kid. I can tell by his focus that this youngster doesn't have shitheadius bone in his body. :) Rock on young Mr. Sullivan
this is far out guys....for a 10 year old playing guitar like this is quite a special thing. ghosh, i didn't even pick up a guitar myself at that age ! holy crap.
hey anyone is it possible for me to put Quinn's song here on my Windows Media Player? Quinn man you are... words cant explain your giving me chills. Thank You keep getting better!
his voice is gettin better each year. Often child prodigies wash out/burn out in intrest/talent, and/or die young. I wish for you a long life sharing much amazing music with us... yet still have a heart and soul with that magical balance of peace and love, happyness and sorrow, pain and euphoria.
For 11 years old, this kid can phrase guitar licks insanely well. He knows it aint just about speed. Its about feeling it, and making the guitar talk.
Three years ago Buddy guy came onstage at the Z in New Bedford, Ma. with this kid and told him he would do all he could to help him out along the way. Well, Buddy sure did honor his word. Thumbs up for BG and Quinn. He will be a treasure for many years to come.
@aussite I was there that night, and I did heard Buddy say he was going to bring him to meet people, and he kept his word. I love how Quinn and Buddy jam together. Like the master to his student, I see the passing of the mantle someday. I hope Buddy stays around for a long time, love to see those two when Quinn gets out of school
All Jimmy can do is smile :)
