i have just read the full description from the GMP video. if he made off to the met station, i know they have high quality CCTV cameras installed. i live just down the road. get and post a snapshot of his face from there and someone will probably identify him

there is a council CCTV camera that i know from another video from this channel covers this bar. from that you could see if he got in a car or the direction he made off in.

i could also replace your cameras for ones much clearer than this. i might pop into the nook to discuss it.
