  • Saxton Hales British brother. And just as awesome.

  • @emmabowden24 Get a life you sanctimonious cretin.

  • @butterflybabe666 I'd say they portrayed they exactly as they are. Horribly ignorant, time wasting cretins...

  • Little late to the party but ran into this on Netflix. This is such a funny and original show and such a shame only 13 episodes were made. I've seen Coogan in a couple of movies, but never on the tv, this guy has serious comedic talent.

  • @orbit991 that's a real pity, his films are pathetic, with the exception of 24 hour party people. i suppose you're american. watch him in the day today or alan partridge.

  • @BarnacleGooseInvalid Yes I saw him in 24 hour party people a few years back and the rather bad around the world in 60 days. Looks like Netflix has the Alan Partridge on dvd at least, so going to queue that as the clips on youtube look good. Thanks for the heads up Barnacle.

  • @hordichuck WTF are you talking about? I said the video is funny, I didn't say anything about Comedy in the UK or ripping off anyone...

  • I have no idea if this has bene said already or is common knowledege...BUT im guessing Ruth Jones (Nesa) got the line whats occuring from for Gavin and Stacey...shes in this show (Saxondale) right?

  • Now this is the logic I progress in.

  • Go ALF! Still funny though

  • Should of shown the bit where he shoots the pidgeon and then does the coup de grace on it with a CO2 pistol and says "I took no pleasure in that, it was completely necessary".

  • LOL thi is funny, he shot him

This is how I deal with waiters when they don't smile constantly and predict exactly when I wish to order... in a not-at-all kinda way.

  • its a great comedy sketch,, get a grip you animal rights gang, have a laugh will ya!!

  • Why are people commenting on here with names like animals protector and cruelty2animals sucks, get a life, or die in a fire, it is a comedy, watch it thusly, nobody on youtube cares about your half baked, unsustainable political neuroses, you are not going to change the world with your jumped up, tv based musings on morality, i hate cruelty to any organism, but people like you lot annoy me

  • Animal rights activists should stop wasting their energy on animals and help some humans in need.

  • @Zachrys oh, i'm sorry, i didn't know your day was 24/7 packed full of feeding starving children and working at homeless shelters. my bad. i guess there is no way someone could POSSIBLY want to help the environment by being an active vegan and also actively help people. (rolls eyes). if this is your sole argument against being an activist, you need a head check.

  • lmao

  • Brilliant. Those guys deserved it.

  • @animalsprotector I'm a vegan. I'm totally on board with animal rights, but these activists (if this was real) were harming the cause.

The battle is not going to be won with aggressive confrontation. We need to be friendly, but concise. Approachable, champions of logical reasoned debate. We need to make veganism and eco-friendly living look attractive and easy (which it is!)

  • @tommyk77 as a fellow vegan, i think we need to look at this video as a SILLY COMEDY. it has no weight. it is just a sketch. i like the attention we get as animal rights activists in the media. our "straw man" portrayal is usually hilarious. all that matters is what we do and how we educate. and the animals, o' courz

  • @LARAMONExALFNOWx Of course. Let's work to change the straw man.

  • @animalsprotector dude, it's a comedy. i laughed. take it in stride, we get a lot of flak. you can't let it bring you down. if it was a direct attack with false information, then i'd be pissed. roll with it, braaah. and keep up the good fight, as they say

  • Eco-terrorists blamed for a Vail ski resort building fire and other extremist acts of violence are getting their money from a variety of places including PETA Records show that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals has given monetary support to the Environmental Liberation Front.

"We did it, We gave $1,500 to the ELF for a specific program," said PETA President Lisa Lange. But from burning down buildings to blowing up SUVs, ELF is America's largest domestic terrorist group, the FBI says

  • @waratahNSW the only terrorists group is the fu-king people that abuse animals!!

    .

before you judge PETA and other animals rights groups do your research on why they fight for animals.

    .

u can go on u tube and click on factory farm animals and animals abuse---- easy and simple-----

    .

why so easy? sadly to say because so many animals abuse goes on in america and other parts of the world.

  • @animalsprotector

(the only terrorists group is the fu-king people that abuse animals!!)

What a joke, ever heard of Alkida. You go and do the research, on the burning down of buildings, ect.

FACT: ELF are listed by the FBI because of there behavior and the people involved with it.

FACT: Peta have given money to the ELF.

Tell me why ? when people critize animal activists for the sick or abusive behavior. People like you then call us supporters of animal abuse.

    ### SO wake UP Fool ###

  • @animalsprotector Do you understand how much land would be taken up if we didn't use factory farms? And I understand your message and all that, but every single vocal animal rights activist is just irritating. Anybody who's not in your little gang finds you to be piss annoying. Maybe its because you guys come off as enlightened, condescending pricks. Rework your strategy, and tell the others to rework their strategies, simply for the good of your cause.

  • Comment removed

  • @animalsprotector Yeah, and if we wipe all life off of the face of the planet, it'll do just fine once it recovers. Global Warming is a natural process, we are simply speeding it up, that is the concern, however it remains inevitable. Look at the global climate shifts, ice ages, etc.

  • @animalsprotector

how do you know, was you there??

  • @animalsprotector and it will continue to do well when we're gone what's your point?

  • @animalsprotector i just maimed a dog in protest against all the injustice toward humans in the world. irony?

  • only a tv show leave the animals rights debate for your weekly tofu gathering

  • anyone caught harming an animal should be placed at HARD LABOR on a chain gang> Anyone that would harm an animal should be beaten senseless.

  • nicely dealt with. The vigil anti on the right side of the law? this may encourage this type of action though. was he really in the right?

  • Meat is the essential iron. carne pour vous. nous allons

  • Ghostar 2009,I may be misunderstanding you but are you taking this clip of excellent comedy a bit too seriously?I think it put animal rights into context.LOL.

  • @raskolnnikov Theres a lot of MMA fighters around my area who are vegan and would've disarmed that guy pretty fast. One of my acquaintances (he kicked my ass for picking on animal rights) has a 46 wins to 1 loss streak. Hes 240 lbs and can bench about 380. Plant matter has a lot of protein, man.

  • @raskolnnikov What do you mean it put animal rights into context? Crikes there's a lot more to animal rights than can be explained on a short video.

  • I'll use a Sig, thank you.

  • Ya see, in the States, we shoot folks with real guns! We also sentence people caught illegally shooting small animals and birds to FIVE years in prison. Yep, a judge just handed a guy who killed a cat TWELVE years in a Florida prison. I hope he has a three hundred pound cell-mate who is a cat lover.

  • @Ghoststar2009 Hey thats brilliant. You might be interested to know that in Israel they are currently considering passing a bill that would put animal abusers on a list just like the sexual offenders list. Put them in prison and throw away the key, it's only the lowest of the low that would abuse animals.

  • @Cruelty2animalssucks nothing would surprise me in a country that condones the murder of children, u should go live there imbecile!

  • @phoenix1916 What's your problem? Everything I said is perfectly true but that doesnt automatically mean that I condone the murder of children does it? Youre the imbecile for jumping to that conclusion.

  • @Soulisscool Where did i say YOU did, try reading the comments correctly MORON!!

  • @phoenix1916 Well why did you mention it then? It's a totally separate issue!!!!! The implication was there...do you get that?

  • @Soulisscool LOL FOOL, u mentioned Israel?????? Geez keep up!!!

  • @phoenix1916 Are you for real? Yes I mentioned Isreal but not about children being murderd which as I have a;ready said is a SEPARATE issue like a lot of other things happening in Isreal. Why don't you bring all them into it as well!!! Wow

  • @Soulisscool No i said nothing would surprise me form a country that murderers children, do try and keep up will you???!!

  • @phoenix1916 PRICK

  • @WARISHELL09 lol changing videos will not keep me from beating u down coward!

  • @phoenix1916 I'm gonna follow you to every video you comment on.

  • @WARISHELL09 thats sounds about right, such is ur mentality he he he keep up the good work fool!!

  • @phoenix1916 Ballbag republican

  • @WARISHELL09 OOooooooooooooh what a reply classic loyalism!

  • @phoenix1916 It's you that can't follow what is being said and then you try to blame the other person for not 'keeping up' when it's you! I asked you why YOU had brought a separate issue into it when you answered my post about Israel & somehow, peculiarly, you thought that I meant Isreal when that was something I myself had said. How the ** could I have been meaning that?? duh

  • @Cruelty2animalssucks No how would i bring a seperate issue into it when u already mentioned it???/ Thick thick thick, BTW at lleast sign out of ur other account before u answer to me idiot!???

  • @phoenix1916 OMG Did you not understand my post? You're STILL talking about Isreal!! Let me spell it out for you. for the fourth time probably, obviously I'm not talking about Isreal but about you bringing Children being murdered into it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ffs

  • @Cruelty2animalssucks Ur not talking about Israel, but u keep mentioni it??? Are u long out of the asylum, are u a schizo because u seem to have a lot of account and names lol?

  • One love!

  • HUCKNALL

  • "in the word's of Verhoeven's Robocop stay out of trouble" is just genius, lol

  • lol hucknall? stay out of trouble and er my face, class

  • Never seen a pigeon shooter who can pay rent. Most employers require their employees to be sober.

  • hahaha brilliant

  • lol

  • guys. we use things related to animals all the time that your prob are not aware of??

  • aaahahahaahahahahahaha good one ! as robo cop said "stay out of trouble & my face"

  • /watch?v=l9ijLulwUTY

  • "oh... feel the silence..."

    HAHA Tommy!

  • I love how this has turned into some kind of animal rights debate. As though any of the opinions here actually mattered.

  • well if you push enough buttons that's what happens

  • @mustrapefoley They matter just as much as your comments...Why shouldnt they?

  • @mustrapefoley On the subject of animal rights; if i went walking into a lion's den they would fucking eat me.

  • @bigjobandlongman fuck off

  • @itsthestarsthatshine fuck off to where?

  • @RileyandIlana

Nothing wrong with being against unnecessary cruelty. It is when you try to tell others they should value animals as much as humans that is the problem. In order for someone to act consistent wiht their AR beliefs, they'd have to go out in the forest and live in a clay hut foraging for fruits and nuts, as our current civilization cannot exit without "exploiting" animals.

  • @Fleefles i understand ur point of view but it does not remove our responsiblity to try to change these unwritten rules.... if you have one opportunity a day to change the world around wouldnt u take it

  • @RileyandIlana

Strawmans arguement, a nice point, but has nothing to do with the topic here, Your mind is so warped its really sad

  • "hucknell?" lmao

  • HAHAHA Priceless!!!

  • I wish I could understand what he and that woman were saying in the begining. Funny though, wish everyone could deal with these nimrods this way.

  • shut the hell up about fucking PETA and watch this clip of pure genious comedy you whiny little fags..

  • I dont want to fuck PETA! Where did you get that idea from? I hate them.

  • Why does this happen with the best comedy clips, it just starts a shitty little debate between people who obviously have no entertainment in their sad little lives.

  • I love how people who voice their opinion on the opposing side of animal rights don't even know what the hell our points, ideas, and arguments are.

  • that because know one cares. we dont want to listen to hippies who live in benders and smell like sour milk.

  • o_O This reaks of unintelligence. Its no one, not know one. Animal rights activists are more often philosophers than hippies. And certainly, it is quite an assumption to say we live in benders and smell like sour milk. Plus, your attacks are 100% ad hominem and beg all sorts of questions. Also, can you really speak for everyone when you say that "know one cares"? Im sorry that this is so unorganized, but the statement that you made was absolutely rediculous.

  • Apologies for writing 'know'. that does 'reak' of unintelligence.

but really the only thing 'rediculous' that has been said was you suggesting that that non animal rights activists oppose animal rights. just because I am not for the total liberation of all animals doesn't mean im against the notion of animal rights. i think they have a right to a rich and fulfilling life before the chop. no doubt.

  • It was a low blow to point out the spelling thing, my oppologies. But anyways, if you are for that, then you are in favor of animal liberation. Animal Liberation Advocates can be in favor of eating meat. They will simply argue that their pain should be taken into account.

  • NO NO NO. What are PETAs main goals?Go look up speciesism and animal liberation. Then get back to me. Its you that don't know what the hell your points, ideas, and arguments are.

  • Haha, wow, you claim that I don't know my own points, ideas, and arguments. That is absurd. Btw, speciesism is an idea that prejudice can be based on species just as it can on race and sex and sexual orientation. Also, animal liberation advocates are in favor of the principal of equality of interests. Look up that if you would like. This means anything that has pain and pleasure has equal concideration based on that pain and pleasure. Animals should therefor have rights just as humans do.

  • Prejudice towards species. that is absurd. Animal liberation means just that. literally liberating them from their human 'enslavers'. do you know what that means. it means no more meat, no more pets, no more medical research, no more blind dogs, sheepdogs or even cattle for wool. no insulin from pigs, no sniffer dogs, no culling, no fishing, no dairy. not even crufts. the list goes on.

PETA are sick in the head.

now fuck off back to your bubble.

  • The principal that I mentioned does take away most of these things. And note that PETA stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. When they say ethical, they mean utulitarian principals. These principals mean not that meat should never be eaten, but that the way we eat meat now causes pain and is discuisting. Pets are allowed with certain conditions, medical research is something that NEEDS to not be allowed, we don't need wool from cattle, sniffer dogs, or culling.

    READ!!!

  • we dont need wool? haha. i think the police do need sniffer dogs. we dont need culling? i take it you know nothing of forest management? if PETA had there way there would be NO medical research!! now FUCK OFF and dont ever tell me to READ again when I clearly know more on the subject than you! if u darken my doorstep again I will find you kill you and eat you. got it?

  • Heres the thing. You clearly have no idea what PETA advovates, you have no idea that PETA is not even one of our primary organizations because they have become disjected from the movement in general, you have clearly never read any book by an animal rights advocate. You need to read both sides of an argument beforecoming to an understanding.

Also, most of the wools we use today are synthetic, only a small portion comes from animals.

  • Im sorry. Say that again. I wasn't listening.

  • @londonoverground We could use habitual murderers and rapists as testing pigs. they're a detriment to society more-so than a dog or primate and I think it'd send a message to the un-innocent. That hurting society is something that you can't pay with just your life. You have to suffer till the end. Like the ones they hurt for no reason, let them suffer and give back to society what they can never pay off.

  • @FreethinkingJim I can understand where you're coming from but we can't do that, that would make us as bad as the vivisectors and there's a variety of other testing methods nowadays that don't need to use animals or humans.

  • @AnarchistOpposition Uhh unless you want peopling smuggling drugs and your life at way more risk then now i suggest you allow sniffer dogs. also without wol for camping I'd be dead during the winter here in northern ontario so no wool + cattle = necessary.

  • @SniperViper1000 You do realize that wool can be made both synthetically and naturally without causing pain to the sheep.

Also, I don't give a shit if people smuggle drugs. Trying to stop them is just wasted effort.

  • @AnarchistOpposition You do realize in wet areas such as Scotland and Ireland etc..... The sheep will die if not sheer. Because their wool overgrows and then drops down and because a fatal death wish for the sheep. So no thanks, I'd rather SAVE the sheep not kill it Me - 3 You - 0.

How do I know this? My Uncle owns a sheep farm in Ireland. One of his sheep died because of not being sheered.

  • Corrections: because a = becomes a

  • @SniperViper1000 "You do realize that wool can be made both synthetically and naturally without causing pain to the sheep."

I fail to see how your comment is relevant to what I said in the least.

  • @AnarchistOpposition I understood what you mean't. But the sheep doesn't get any pain if done by an expert.

  • @SniperViper1000 What I meant was, sheering sheep does not require that you take away their natural living conditions and subject them to lives of misery (I am not too familiar with irish farming practices, but here in America most farm animals are held captive in cells only a little bigger than the animals themselves)

  • @SniperViper1000 The wool can overgrow because they have been made to produce more wool by farmers. Sheep are more likely to die from cold because of being sheared!

  • @SniperViper1000 Without wool you'd be dead??? Don't be ridiculous. = unnecessary

  • SOOOOO..would you sacrafice YOUR own life to SAVE a CHICKEN?!!.....well if you ask me..i love my life and will not spend a pint of blood over a animal..

  • You don't understand the fucking argument dude. First of all, even if its a human you will most likely choose yourself in an actual situation, so these kinda of questions need for both individuals involved to be unknown 3rd party entities. Second, human life clearly is valued above chicken life, we simply have higher levels of consciousness. But does this consciusness mean our pain is worth more? No. Thats where we stand. We say pain is equal, not life. Please read us before you attack us.

  • First of all...im not attacking..I just wanna say something..cause im bord..and reading these counter-arguments makes me laugh...im doing the same think on other topics such as..abortion, gaming consoles, gay, ect. Just wanna know people's opinion

  • first of all youre a faggot who take youtube comments seriously

second of all lets just chill out and smoke this joint

  • @phazondude117 funny, I was walking my beagle yesterday and someone mouthed me as they drove by. I flipped the bird and they came up to fight and as they did I tied my dog to a tree out of the way of them attacking me. They had made a remark about my beagle and I lost it. I got a broken nose, but I gouged out the douches eye. I'd say I don't regret it at all.

  • What a guy. Saxondale rocks. I wonder what would happen if he met Allan Partridge...

  • Classic - Call Me Ming The Merciful

  • love this scene.

  • Or you guys could just enjoy the clip.

  • Haha, loving the PETA debate! What a great organization! About 20 naked people in the middle of a street trying to put an end to KFC (not referencing a specific case here). Great stuff! They certainly boosted KFC's sales! Waste of time, utterly petty and an excuse for young people to dress in silly costumes pretending they're making a difference. The only difference they're making is causing a nuisance and irritating the police, who have better things to do than disperse nudists.

    Great clip!

  • ANIMALS HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE EATEN!

  • @whitenubian humans are animals. why are meat eaters against eating humans though?

  • haha not all meat eaters are against eating humans. xD Just most of them.

  • Comment removed

  • in the words of veerhovens robocop; stay out of trouble, and my face........... ace line!!!!!!!!!

  • Hucknall. Gold.

  • PETA made a big deal over Obama swatting a fly so they would get exposure and people would look into more of what PETA was about. PETA has to do outrageous and sometimes tasteless things to get peoples attention because that's the only way people will pay attention. They don't necesarrily want to do it that way, but look, you're talking about it. And for every three people who think PETA is a joke for doing that there's 1 person who actually understands and looks into it before forming opinions

  • I have looked into PETA and know it is a joke. I believe there are plenty of people who haven't looked into PETA who think they are a good organization because they care about animal abuse. If they were to really dig into PETA and "understand" them, they would also realize PETA is a joke.

  • PETA much like the NAACP is a joke and an insult to intelligent dialogue. Your point is actually a valid one but it does them no service and people do not take them seriously as a result. I am an animal lover and I would gladly support almost anyone or any organization that stands for conservation and animal rights but PETA has gotten carried away and silly on more issues than not. Thats why the majority as see them as extremist nuts instead of a worthy activist group.
