@SchlossyTV No I think what joe83alone means is that you should be exhaling while lifting a weight. You tend to hold your breath while lifting and then breathing at the top or bottom, wherever your rep ends.
@EriCaLROD Yup, you step on the bands to hold them in place. The wider you spread your legs to hold the bands the harder it is to lift (that sounds wrong lol).
What weight are those resistance bands?

dude ur breathing is wrong!
u might get high blood pressure from the way u breath (holding ur breathe) while workin out!
u should exhale when u left, and inhale when u go down..
u will feel big difference when u do this... muscles need oxygen when u left...
