great video, however , I have a rage x and still use this video to help. In doing so my bench has went up quit a bit. Do you have any tips on a deadlift suit, I wear a Max DL.
@ZarelbRUS, actually it's about where you touch and not the bridge. Fury is for a bodybuilding style bencher with elbows out and touching at or above the nipples. The F6 is for guys who tuck their elbows and touch low on their sternum, regardless of arch.
@JimHu114231 but when you tuck your elbows, its go automaticlly to the lower chest / abs . with the fury you can bring the bar higher like a bodybuilder, when the bar is high you can´t tuck your elbows right?
@ZarelbRUS, that's pretty much what LiftingLarge told me. I use an F6 because I naturally tuck, I have little to no arch. They told me it's where you touch that matters. Low = F6, high = Fury. Drop them a line. They are good to deal with...
glad we can help. the majority of the techniques are the same. the main diference is that with the standard, soft, back the shirt can't be puled down as much in the front. aside from that, this technique can also be used on IPF legal shirts.
Thank You. I lift under the IPF rules so open backed shirts are not legal but there are quite a few points you made that I found usefull. I will definately use the under hand set up to keep the shirt from riding up. Thanks again.

what is the benefit apart from the increase in your bench, is it like knee wraps for your shoulders?
