Yamaha Pocketrak C24 Tutorial Part 4: Computer Connection

I have the Pocketrak C24 and I put a 16GB chip into it, so I could record more. When I hook it up to the computer it doesn't say I recorded anything and when I look on the pocketrak again it has four hours. How can I make the chip work so I can put the recorded files onto the computer? Do you know how? Thanks.
