  • If you loaded the clip fully with propane or green gas, how many BB's can it shoot?

Which one has a better fps propane or green gas?

Do you have to use silicon oil? What will happen if you dont?

  • @LengjaiRay 1- depends on gun/mag

    2- exact same

3- YES, your o-rings will dry up and leak.

Green gas is basically propane with silicon oil already mixed in and hiked up price

  • how bad bad does it smell? Everyone keeps telling me it smells horribly. Will i notice it in the field?

  • where can i fined a cheep plastic adapter below or at 5 dollers?

  • @TheUnderAlpha You can't... unless you want your hand to have plastic shards in it after the first use. Purchasing this for only $20 is far better than the medical bills... and far better than the green gas bills.

  • ok with the cc on at 1:10 it says "so be on the russians i think usually are suffering out" which i think has nothing to do with this- youtube CC translation=fail.

  • in simpler words what is this used for ? how is this used in the bb gun?

    yes i know im a noob :)

  • @tambodevideos to fill a gas airsoft gun with gas so that it can shoot

  • acctualy i snot my green gas container and i just made a bad dent

  • what if someone were to NOT use silicon, would it work?

  • @The1wHoOwnSu08 you will dryout your O rings, and cause a TON of friction between moving parts which can lead to parts failing, just be safe, you know what they say, "a little lube makes everything better" :P

  • How about bbq propane tanks ?

  • actually green gas and propane is the same chemical compound..use propylene for less foul smell..

  • Lmfao @ 2:05 when transcribe is on follow 2:05 as well as 2:56 fricken hilarious with transcribe audio haha

  • what does the silicone oil do?

  • Thankyou so much. I just got a propaine adapter, and I had no clue about what to do with the silicone. Great review, very helpful!

  • propanes smells because naturally it doesn't add it in so you'd know there's a gas leak somewhere. use this stuff outdoors or open the windows, do not shoot at or near an open flame or spark.

  • @Mikenopolis Same with Methane

  • "It's so if you have a gas leak it doesn't start your house on fire blow it up and kill you. It's just a safety thing." :)

  • so you can put air duster in your gun?

  • I have a good air compressor that could be used instead of green gas/propane. i haven't tried it yet for the fear of damaging parts. Sounds like it should work but i am not sure... Should i try it? Or just stop being cheap and buy gas?

  • @bigbadbaboon on pyramid air it say it green gas is 115 psi i would try it on a low psi

  • do u need silicone with the propane? also how much mags do u get out of a can of propane plz help!

  • @scarface30111 i am not sure exactly but a hell of a lot i have had one can for a good month and its not low yet. i would say a couple thousand rounds before it gets low

  • how often do you have to put a few drops of silicon in the top of the propane can???? just ordered a gas gun can only find a pack of two for $30 and a pack of 15 for $125 and that isn't going to happen and where would you refill the propane tank?

  • @liverbiscotti Go to wallmart/kmart/ect. Most places like that have them for 5 bucks.

  • I've shot green gas cans in games before, it doesn't really take much to puncture them at all!

  • How often do you put silicon oil in the oil port?

  • @HSLAirsoft before you put the adapter on it you can just put silicone oil in the top of the propane, just a few drops

  • in the uk green gas is the is nearly the same price as propane

  • @jack7296 yeah, I noticed that. I'm sticking with green gas, it seems safer and does not require all of the work involved with silicone. it also smells much better :)

  • can someone please tell me if im better getting a airsoft innovations propane adapter like this one or getting a sapien arms propane adapter i think the sapien arms one is cheaper ? thx

  • I know it is a safer way to load your gas airsoft guns but dose it make the pistol stink because i want to buy a WE po8 luger and I dont want it to smell like propane I KNOW THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION

  • i bought green gas today am i suppose to buy a adapter or something cause when i took the top off of the can there was nothing there someone help im clueless

  • @www7598wr2 its probabily broke off take it back and get a new one

  • i tried going to the webstite and it said they were selling the website so i cant get into the website

  • could i substitute wd-40 for the silicone?

  • @akmenagad no it'll ruin your mag

  • @akmenagad no wd-40 will melt the rubber its too strong and thick wd-40 is for tractors and stuff

  • how much is it?

  • so if i use the Adapter will i still get the same fps ass i would with green gas

  • @werewolf7789 Yes the FPS should be about the same. It could vary by 5-15 fps, but thats to be expected.

  • how many shots will i get if i fill my green gas pistol for 3 seconds?

  • @shiselmanisel When your filling a GBB mag with gas you dont hold it down for a certain amount of time. You hold it down until the pressure of the can and mag is equal. You know that they are equal when the gas stops making the hissing noise. Also you shouldnt be able to see any gas, the connector should be perpendicular to the mag. I see load of people wasting gas cause they dont know how to fill it properly.

  • Ummm... Green gas IS propane and red gas is co2. So to answer your question green gas ( or propane ) because it isn't effected by the cold

  • can you get the propane tanks refilled? and whats better? green gas, red gas, or propane?

  • how often do you put the silicon in the propane and wat happens when you run out of the silcon

  • @BlasterTheMaster 2 drops of oil every 2 fills, and when you run out you buy more! lol

  • Can u attach this to a Co2 tank for a paintball gun and use it in ur gun?

  • i dont think so but if you get a c02 powered gun you can get an adaptor that will let you use green gas red gas and propane

  • @kittynip77 that can sometimes cause leaks, look for a new mag that will take propane/green gas

  • great vid

  • how often should you add the silicon oil

  • 5-6 mags

  • can i buy a prpane adaptor in texas?

  • @surakiat1 rednec is a disparaging term for a member of the white rural laboring class, especially in the southern United States.

  • If you are using the silicone oil with the propane do you still need to disassemble the gun to lube it, or does the silicone take care of that?

  • hmmm wat is redneck xD ?(stupid Q but what isi t)

  • i love the smell of propane

  • are you serious it smells like boiled asshole with a stench of rotted fish

  • yeah i like it and im serious o yeah im asian

  • whats asian got to do wid anything

  • i dont know so i can tell you im not a redneck

  • @obivlon if you like that try acetylene

  • Comment removed

  • @LegitAirsoftReviews silicone oil will make the internals of your gas sniper last much longer, just plain propane is too dry (no silicone at all) so i highly recommend you use silicone. since you said you "heard" it makes it inaccurate, i would try myself for proof or just use heavier BBs

  • i know it will be better for the gun. i lube the gun normally and maintain it, but silicon leaves residue on the bucking making it slick, and the bbs ahoot really inconsistantly, i use .40's so i dont think heavier bbs would be a viable option. as long as i maintain and clean the gun normally, i dont need to use silicon in the adapter. i was just wondering if it is bad for the adapter or somthing like that.

  • @LegitAirsoftReviews i don't think it will damage the adapter or anything but i would check with others first

  • @LegitAirsoftReviews if you mix the silicone with the propane with the proper amount you should not see any loss in accuracy

green gas is the exact same thing as propane properly mixed with silicone

  • nah, ive seen even a slight amount of silicon and bbs are everywhere. anyway, ive already got the adapter and i run it without silicon and it works great.

  • @LegitAirsoftReviews

Dude dry silicone will ruin your magazines

  • i got that covered. i dissasemble to lubricate and clean my magazines on a regular basis. same thing with my gun. i know what i am doing, and i dont want any more replies! please!

  • It makes it inaccurate if you use too much. If you use no silicon oil on your gun ever it will break very fast.

  • I SAID I CLEAN AND MAINTAIN MY GUN REGULARLY, SAME WITH MY MAGAZINES. I know from first hand experience it makes it innacurate in slight amounts. read my other posts, and everybody stop the replies please! i just wanted to know if it was bad for the adapter.

  • Dude, you accidentally showed your face! You have black hair.

  • I use sewing machine oil it's silicone oil to just a little bit thicker so i only use one drop.

  • Do you put the silicone directly into the hole or around and in the hole. If you are confused keep reading. There is a big hole and inside of that their is a small hole. where do i put the silicone?

  • junst spray a little where the adaptor screws on inside there

  • wo does the metal reallly have a chance to break the mag, i have $80 mags

  • i only put a little silicone oil, just a drop because it makes my gun inaccurate.

  • Hello i have a paintball tank, do you think i can fll it with propane, and use the adpter to fill my airsoft guns?

    please someone help me

  • thanks for the info

  • you know what...thank you i was skeptical about this, my getting my first adapter and going to be using propane for the first time and you really helped me. btw please make more videos

  • dose it matter what type of propane is used cuz i got the one in green

  • ya i got the propain and thank god i got the adapter or else BOOM!!!!!!!!

  • does propane make your gun smell bad as well?

  • how much is propane?

  • @Returacan about $5 for 2 coleman cans at walmart

  • and the adapter?can i get that at walmart?

  • i saw some at target selling $5 for 2... green gas sells for nearly $10 for 1... with propane you get alot more

  • he never talked about the silicone oil :(

    is the oil good?

  • no if ur gun gets jammed u put it in the place where the bullets go and it unjams it its not a big deal it almost never gets jammed

  • XDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

    1 and B

  • ya haha

  • how offten do u have to add the oil?

  • every 8 times

  • Haha at 5:09 he says "1 it doesn't damage the gun and B I just like Airsoft innovations."

  • 1 to B lol!

  • @MeTomRasmussen

    Hilarious!

  • can any body tell me where i can buy this locally

  • u cant

  • can i use other lubricants rather than silicone oil such as those used for paintball guns?

    replies would be most helpful.

  • lol "because "1" it cant damage your gun and "B" i just love airsoft inovations"

  • will it still work without the silicon

  • i was wondering if u have to use silicones from an airsoft store or i can buy it anywhere

  • air soft stores only. because silicone oil from stores contains petroleum distillates. which are used in the manufacturing of plastics and rubber. so using non-air soft silicone oil will kill parts of your guns like the hop up.

  • i really recommend this over the metal fill valves because 1: it cant damage your gun and B: i just really love airsoft innovatinos

    haha nice :)

but good review tho....i think i'll get one

  • dont smoke while fillin up :D

  • 4:38-4:42 lol funny

  • haha I shot my buddy in his pack with my DMR and it punctured his green gas can and sprayed silicon oil every where inside his pack xD!!

  • @PV48Z Was he pissed?

  • chinese know thay the foriegner pay less in China to make it. so chinese pick the worse quaility.

  • if i use a spray can of silicon how much should i put in?

  • 2-3 tiny spray like a tap maby only 1 tap

  • Could you use that silicone oil to maintenance your airsoft gun?

  • do you have to put drops on the tank every time you fill your mag?

or do you put drops in one time and your set till the tank runs out?

  • From what I've heard spray silicone oil into a full can of propane for about 3 seconds and that should be enough to last the whole can. Sorry if thats wrong, but its what I've heard.

  • you cant spay its more of a drop

  • i like this because 1 ....... and B ......

    lol

  • lmao very funny point !!!!!

  • I can't find propane at my local walmart or dicks sporttinggoods where can I find it?

  • Anywhere that sells camping supplies you should be able to find it. Are you sure that you looked in the right place at wal-mart. I pretty sure that every wal-mart carries those little bottles of colmen propane gas. Its in a green bottle.

  • I'll check agina next time we go.

  • Walmart. Camping section.

  • k mart by the camping gear

  • i did the same thig to my friend ........airsoft0123

  • my friend once spray a whole mag of propane in my face

  • can u use this with a paintball tank?

  • No do not try to use a paintball tank to fill up your mags because they use Co2 and Co2 is more Pressurized and will brake the seals in your mag so dont try it.

  • wow your such a nationalist! but i agree with you all the way! thanks for the review it was helpful

  • usually how long would the propane last. say a glock 23!

  • lolol

  • i have a really important question that has potential traces stupidity

instead of spraying few drops of silicon oil every single time youre going to pump up ur GBB or NBB, can you just mix the entire can of propane w/ the silicon oil prior? wouldnt that just make the entire can of propane into green gas? please answer, thanks

cause what happens if you just fill up the mag with propane w/o the silicon oil?

  • wont work

  • Do you know where I can buy (not on internet) silicone oil? I already have the propane but I need the silicone oil.

  • is propane more efficient then green gas?

  • lol 5:07

    1...and b

    thnx

    great vid

  • iv dumped about 10 26 rd gbb mags at 320 fps in the same place paint hadnt even chipped off hit it with a 700 fps steel bb gun STEEL BBS and didnt puncture took 5-7 high volicity gigh powered pellwtts from a high powered pellet rifle in the same spot and finnally punctured in airsoft your fine with the propane tank no worries

  • wat abt green gas?

  • no iv done that to a propane tank the green gas i still have to do waiting to get co2 and a new mag

  • how much does a bottle of propane cost?

  • Anywhere between 2 and 5 dollars.

  • i reccomend that you use green gas every once in a while to keep your gun's o rings lubed because the silicone oil will wear off after a while. (or you could just put more oil in it)... good review =D

  • If your going to just use the duster can adpator with store bought duster spray, would just add two drops of silicon oil directly into the back of the duster can adaptor were you would insert the duster can nozzle?

  • Very helpful! Propane is great since it is cheaper. I got a propane adapter recently, but I am assuming the O-ring in it broke because the propane just sprays out between the plunger and the nozzle. But make sure not to use propane in a confined space, it isn't good for you, not to mention the stink will annoy all your team mates...

  • you make very good reviews

  • how come the metal one damages the gun? how does it?

  • wut

  • wtf r u talking about?!?!? "Go shoot some kids in a school since ur all "allowed" guns". WTF DO U MEAN?!?! just bcuz ameria is a free country u can go to school with a gun?!?! wow. u kno nothing about america. (obviously)

  • Fuck u retard Im right and u no it....Go shoot ur granny U hobbo no cockless chick.....Ur the tipe of person how feels sad for a cock having no dick....

  • go fuck yourself Americans are awesome

  • so is ur mother

  • How many shots in a gbb will that can of propane get

  • 1 and b

  • green gas makes your gun turn to chocolate

  • where the hell do you get the propane

  • you can get propane at like a a hardware store for like 3-5 bucks for that coleman can on the video.

  • wal mart or any sporting good stores

  • lol at 5:15 "1 And B"

  • I prefer green gas because it doesn't smell to bad, and because it comes in a cool lookin' container!

  • dude u can get a can of propane for $2.50. cant beat that shit.

  • How dangerous is propane with the GBB guns?

  • it will catch on fire and exsplode

  • Lol, everyones complaint for the propane is that it smells bad XD

  • do you have to apply silicon before each fill, or is it just a bit for each propane tank? ive never had a gbb before and im thinking about getting one. also, does anyone know where i can get a glock 18 or 19 gbb? send me a message please.

  • with the adaptor i reccomended u can easily take tthe tip of to put ur silicone oil in

  • KWA has discontinued their lien of glock due t trademark issues...If youre serious about getting a KWA G18c then I could tell you where to get one for $150....

  • have you had any problems with this freezing and cracking during use????

  • the tip is very sturdy, i dropped it and it punctured my foot. the tip didnt break at all

  • what does it do exactly

  • ok wat u want to know i will explain 2 you!!

  • were did you get your coleman tank

  • what i don't get is when you srew on the propane adaptor, and when u put it in the mag, how is the gas coming out? it looksl ike when u srew on the adoptor nothing pushes into the whole of the propane tank? im confuse, i also got the tag propane adaptor

  • Canada FTW

  • cool, im def gettin a green gas gun instead of co2 now, propane is cheap! like 5 bucks to fill a large tank!

  • so what happens when you run out of silicone oil?

  • You buy some more from any trusted airsoft retailer.
