@devil124220 You use the Chart creation tool in StepMania. Its a really complicated when trying to get the song to sync up to your chart. You gotta learn about offsets and a bunch of other stuff thats annoying which is the reason why I stopped making charts. I can give you some of my stuff, but just wait for me cause its been busy for me for the past few weeks.
