Thank you so much for creatiing this beautiful tribute to two phenomenal women. I read her book and am now reading her letters and those of Miss Sullivan. The miracle of this story is that fate put together a brilliantly creative teacher and a genius who was trapped in darkness and silence. Miss Keller's phenomenal intellectual capacity was exceeded only by her phenomenal compassion. Thank you especially for the last photo in your montage. It captures her light and her joy perfectly.

I believe the last photo may have been taken in the early 60's , before Helen's stroke. Which left her partially disabled. Thanks for watching the video....

Ever notice that in all the pictures of her as a 20-something on down, she was always photographed showing only the right side of her face, but later on the photos were usually full face, sometimes she even appearing to look into the camera?

Helen was usually photographed from the right side, because her left Eye protruded slightly.....She had both of her Eyes surgically removed in 1910,

And replaced with blue glass eyes.

If you watch my video upload entitled " Helen Keller Photo Album ", you will see a rare Full face photo of Helen as a child at 0:09.
