It was a liitle fast, sounded good, just slow it down. Its a retreat, its supposed to end the day and be played when the Colors are bieng lowered. The Colors are lowered slowly so the song should be played slowly.
"Retreat" is played at 1700 each evening during the flag-lowering ceremony at all naval stations, marine bases, and aboard ship and was originally played slow enough that the flag arrived in the hands of the color guard by the end of the call. "Retreat" is preceded by "Attention." At least that's the way the Navy and Marine Corps do it. By my book, Mr. O'Sullivan is right.

Actually, "To The Color" is the call used to lower the Flag. "Retreat" precedes the lowering.
