OMG!!!! Apparently I was in deep shocked when she literally wasn't aware/conscious about her basic food~hygiene!!!....Viewers please look spot on the clip where she picked-up the garbage bin; without cleaning her hands after that and she just went right back to handling her food!!!..She is in deep trouble!!!

How much water did you add to the flax? And did you grind the flax before soaking it or just after with the chia?
