Actually, if you watch it carefully, you'd realize that Mika is really singing live since you can hear that he sings 'be' while the pre-recorded backing track (that is way too loud) says 'do.' You can even hear the way he takes breaths in some parts. If he was lip syncing, you wouldn't hear the 'be' but only see him moving his lips to it. Mika always sings live; have more faith in him :D

@goshclare I agree but on the chorus part he always sing over his own prerecorded voice to increase the "popness" of the song ;-) he does that in Rain and Relax . And it is good !

@102amy He is singing live. He takes big breaths at 1:11, 2:27 and 2:33. Someone screwed up by mixing the backing track on the chorus too loud so it drowned out his live vocals.

I know it looks bad when he sings the wrong word at one point, but he's not meant to be lip synching. Check out his performance on Letterman. You can barely hear the backing track because it wasn't cranked up so loud.

@Rimshiii he is singing live........but the song is also playing at the back .....if u watch carefully u'll find zat he is taking large breaths while singing coz he is dancing so his breath is short due to the effort made in tthe dance if he was lipsyn. he wouldn't need to take this large breaths.....he would on move his lips and act zat he is singing ............n btw singing while dancing is sooooo difficult
