I saw this movie for the first time last night. It was great and as a guy I can say that Catherine's reaction at 5:08 touches right at the heart. Such a beautiful moment.
I disagree with some depictions. This movie taught me as a wife to resect my husband more than what I have. And I have seen that although my husband has made some mistakes (so have I) but although he has made some, he is still a good man and it is what they are.."mistakes" it doesnt mean he isnt a good man. I see both sides when I watch this movie. I see the hard working man that my husband is. I see that men are human too. My husband who isnt Christian, LOVES this movie! Asks to watch it :)
My mom attacked my dad with a red-hot cast-iron skillet after watching this movie together. Luckily, he was holding a hard-backed bible the size of a place-mat in his hand at the time so he was able to cold-cock her with it before she could do too much damage. Dad's got a metal plate in his head now and he shits his pants whenever one of us uses the microwave but they don't fight no more. I guess you could say we owe it all to this movie...also, dad got to retire early so that's kinda cool.

@bingbingkonga I watched this movie for the first time last night and it brought me to tears as well. It started with Caleb's apology. It's common with Christian movies for me to be brought to tears, but this was the first Christian Movie without Christ's Resurrection that had me crying.
