I noticed a lot of chatter about OnStar and I just wanted to give you a heads up on an OnStar sweepstakes that's going on. Anyone who has a Onstar button in their vehicle has a chance of winning a brand new GM vehicle, even if you aren't a current subscriber or don’t have an OnStar button. It's pretty easy, but you can get more info at the OnStar Youtube page.
why does everyone worrie about shit like this??? i have onstar, and i dont really care that is has a gps on it and can be tracked., i have nothing to hide. ppl make big deals out of nothing.
You don't think the police should have control of your vehicle? They shouldn't be able to stop you on a whim without you being able to do anything about it at all? Yur not a terrorist are you? Or a Ron Paul supporter?
not the first choice for libertarians/people who believe that miranda rights still exist. For those of you that don't care about your personal rights it looks like a great buy!
OnStar lied to me when I bought my vehicle and sold me a service that I had no use for. I asked the question 3 times and was told yes that's what she meant...she didn't.
Then they told me my plan ended 10 days earlier than it actually did causing me to not use minutes I had purchased on the phone.
I rented a car with Onstar and what a bad service. They located a club for me but then had a supervisor come on the line and tell me it was unprofessional of me to ask if the listing showed the club had a dance floor and served mixed drinks.

It was cool when they unlocked my doors remotely.
The idea is cool, the service is lacking.
