1) Stop helping Africa and let them "sink or swim" on their own, we can't help them forever. Our own people need the help.

2) Stop letting them emigrate into civilized countries, they are are genetically incapable of civilization or civilized behavior. They spread crime, disease and moral decay wherever they go. They put a strain on welfare and public services. Keep them out!
