You need to think of something as a distraction. When you go to pick your finger, put a dollar in a jar. Sooner or later, you are going to run out of dollars. Try it. Oh, someone did the rubberband around the wrist and snap it when you do something.

I have days like that a lot in the winter. Its just blah outside and nothing to do most of the time even though I should be sewing and stuff. OH YEAH measure your puzzle. (Reminder) Tomorrow is clinic day and will be long. TJ is not feeling so hot because of a raise in his medications, its that whole everything tastes funny thing and he is sick in the tum tum.
