I have got to say one thing. If I were sick and in pain and pot helped me like this guy there would be no doubt I would use it. Who the hell is anybody to say a person must suffer. Use other drugs? After telling how they help you there is a disclaimer a yard long telling how they can kill you. What the heck is all this nonsense? It should be an individuals right. In Canada, medical marihuana is legal at the federal level. The Ontario Supreme Court ruled that a man had his right to choose his own medicine violated. The decision cited the fact that there is substantial credible evidence of the medical efficacy of cannabis and denying access constitutes a violation of charter rights and ordered the federal gov. to institute a program for safe access for qualified patients. Because it was a court order and not legislated ithe program cannot be discontinued.
