Good to see someone else out there with a Powerline 990. My uncle gave me mine, and it still works pretty good. I didn't know till recently that not only is it both a pneumatic and CO2, but it can fire both BB's and .177 Pellets. Now I just need a scope like the one you got and I'm set. Great vid btw.

Just a little tip...when you're shoting cans, pour some sand into them so they don't blow away in the wind like yours did in your vid. Great vid though :)

pretty good gun there. I have the same one, but I have lost the plug for the co2. I bought it 12 years ago and it is still as accurate as the first day I bought it. I know you must be a good shooter as well, because with bbs, you really have to hold off the target a good bit, and to hit a pill bottle as much as you have to play the hook with this gun, you really know your rifle. pretty good job

just a small tip that might help with accuracy with any scoped rifle, get the smallest scope rings posible so the scope is as low as posible to the barrel.

use BB's and aim for large parts of the body like the back, chest and legs and you should be fine

you shouldn't use a gun that shoots metal BB's in a "pellet gun war" (airsoft war in other words.). you need an airsoft gun for an airsoft war. a gun that shoots metal BB's like the Grizzly could puncture the skin and really do some damage... maybe permanent damage. but airsoft guns, such as the Crosman Pulse series will not do that. they shoot plastic BB's which do not normally do permanent damage.

by no means a toy... i really don't think you would like to be hit by something coming out of that rifle, even though it's a Daisy. it's not powerful at all for an air rifle, but it's by no means a toy. the only rifle he's really showed in his videos that might be considered a "toy" is his airsoft gun, as that can't even penetrate a can. this rifle, when shot accurately, can take birds and small rodents down. anything that is a "toy" would not be able to penetrate a can. this ain't a toy.

I have a question, at 1:30 when he was loading it, I do this with my gun (I believe its a .177 BB gun) and when I load the gun up like this theres no problem. However, when I go to shoot the gun 9/10ths of the BB's fly out of the pump when I pump it, can someone tell me if something is wrong or if it's just a manufacturing error etc.

get a crosman quest 1000x its realy good and has a nice wooden stock and can kill squirrels in one shot

he actually got something close to that. watch the ballistics gel testing video, and you'll see his new gun. he got a Remington Genesis which is a lot like the quest. same powerplant, trigger, sites, and it's from Crosman. Remington is just a trade name. has a thumbhole pistol grip and rubber foregrip and a synthetic stock. very nice rifle indeed. Crosman in general makes really nice rifles.

Only around 4 hikers in total pass up this road each year, so there is no danger of hitting people (I would see and hear them waayy before I would have a chance to accidentally shoot them.)
