okay, i watched this video a few years ago, and after watching it just now, i think i understand it.
after the wife realizes her husband doesn't remember, she decides to NOT tel him who she was, and that they were in love, mainly because she's sick. and this way, he wont be hurt when she dies. :/ that's why she hid the picture.
In my humble opinion, the point of the song and video drama is to help us to appreciate what we have come to take for granted. And it underscores the altruism of humanity expressed by the Mother and wife... Beautiful!
