Noel looks just like Merle, Norman Hamlet is great I saw all three of them at the Crawford County fair last year and they were all in top form, I couldn't of wished for them to be better. Merle is my all time favorite musician/songwriter.

Similar to Keith Whitley???? Keith was heavily influenced by Merle Haggard so the truth is that Keith's voice had similarities to Merle and Noel, Marty and Dave Haggard the voice qualities after all, come natural to Merle's sons and Keith is a Johnny come lately.
Just saw him open a show for his dad in Modesto, Ca. Great show, laid back, lots of jokes and laughter, story telling, etc. Was lucky enough to get a picture taken with Mr. Noel Haggard, an excellent singer...

I told What a time I had with you and your band when you played Barbbie's Lounge back in 1997.I ask why he didn't have you in there playing,he just smiled. If you like "Nite Time Man" then you'll love "One Lifetime". It was his 1st CD. "Palm of My Hand" and "One Lifetime" are my faves...but the WHOLE album is great. His voice matured on Nite time Man...Hes like two different people. Amazing!! His voice is amazing on both albums!

Nite Time Man is his latest CD I'm Tired Of Being Something is on this CD. He does a version of Blues man that sounds like he could have written it himself and one that his daddy wrote that he make his own. I LOVE both versions.Good job Noel!!
