  • How much was the Whole Model itself

  • What do you think of the new Electrolux (Eureka). They are pretty stylish, just a little too much money to spend. I would LOVE to have a Miele. Not sure I could get my partner to go for that...LOL

  • I like them and they are getting better and better but they aren't built as well as the old luxes. But I've always had a soft spot for the electrolux name.

  • hey!! I really like all your videos about your vacuums.

Can you show all your vacuums running??

    byee!! =)

  • These are real Electrolux vacuum cleaners but they are not North Amercian models, they are UK models and they are made in North America by Eureka. The North American models are now owned by Aerus.

  • hate to tell you this brother, but those vacuums are not the Electroluxes i grew up with, and is certainly not the one i own today. Electrolux has a bullet shape canister and an L-Shaped power nozzle. Aerus models is and are the ONLY genuine Electrolux vacuums, not sold in Lowes or Sears but sold by independant Electrolux dealers. Eureka bought the Electrolux name and slaped it on thier crappy canisters. My electrolux tank is not plastic but metal..

  • Electrolux sweeden has owned the eureka vacuum company since the 70's, its true that the vacuums that say electrolux now are just a fancy eureka, aerus didnt not choose to contune to buy the name there for electrolux now puts there name on there eureka company vacuums, I just wanted to make the correction that eureka is owned by electrolux sweeden

  • In North America, Electrolux does not own Eureka, Eureka does not own Electrolux, however they are both owned by the same Parent company that owns Sanitaire, Beam, Whirlpool and Frigidaire, wich is why the same POS has a different logo on it. Eureka came out with the Oxygen wich took Eureka OX bags...now there is a Electrolux available that takes an S bag (Electrolux home care products LTD.Bloomington Il.)and (The Eureka Company in Normal Il. 1800-282-2886) Ask them if you want more info.

  • The aerus models aren't that great either. I miss the old electrolux models. Aerus moved the factory to mexico and the motors are less than half the size of the old ones and prolly made in china.

  • Yes the new Aerus canisters are plastic and not as durable as my Silverado. I do miss toh old school Eluxes

  • Oh and by the way, we have these same models your showing her in the US, they are sold in Lowes, Sears, Ect... Aerus does not have these models here in the US. Look up the name Electrolux on Wikipidea and it will give you the full detail on Electrolux, and how thier names are on Eureka vacuums.
